Linda is currently the CEO of VirCan Capital, a Pan African female owned and led Impact Investment and Advisory firm. She is passionate about Africa and solving the funding gap for social infrastructure as well as meeting the financial needs of SMEs on the continent. In her current role, she works with DFIs, Pension Funds and other institutional investors to co-create solutions for key markets.

Linda’s career spans over twenty-five years across a number of countries including Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom. She has extensive industry and functional expertise in Financial Services, FMCG, Impact Investment, Digital Transformation, Strategy Design & Execution, Operating Model Design, Post Merger Integration, Governance Structure and Board Set-up. Linda was a Partner at Deloitte and led Strategy and Customer Marketing as well as Financial Services across West Africa. She led large transformational projects across Financial Institutions including Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Payments and Fintech Clients.

Linda’s prowess has been nurtured over the years having attended top academic institutions in the UK. She is also passionate about building purpose-led businesses and making a meaningful impact in the financial landscape of Africa.

She currently sits on the Board of United Bank of Africa Ghana as the Board chairperson and is Chairwoman of Delwick Group. Linda was the former Chair of the Advisory Board for Digital Financial Services for Asset Resource Management Limited.
